Illinois NRCS Celebrates 75 Years

April 27 marks the 75th Anniversary of the Natural Resources Conservation Service and the beginning of the federal commitment to conservation of natural resources on private lands. Join us as we celebrate 75 years of conservation contributions to the nation.

Each week from May to December 2010, our web site will highlight erosion resource problems and solutions. We will also highlight landowners each month who have worked with NRCS to protect their land and improve their agricultural operation.
